Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees are non-refundable.
4. Software, Platform & Website Access

Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- clients are purchasing access and usage rights
- clients are not purchasing ownership of proprietary systems, infrastructure, software configurations, or internal frameworks
Failure to maintain active payments may result in:
- suspension
- restricted access
- removal of hosted services
Clients generally retain ownership of:
- their domain names
- their uploaded business content
- their customer information subject to platform limitations and applicable laws
5. Intellectual Property
All proprietary systems, workflows, automations, designs, templates, branding concepts, processes, software configurations, AI systems, and internal operational frameworks remain the intellectual property of 360 Digital Marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or replication is prohibited.
6. User Responsibilities
Clients agree not to:
- use services unlawfully
- send spam or abusive communications
- misuse automation systems
- infringe intellectual property rights
- engage in fraudulent activity
Clients are responsible for:
- maintaining secure access credentials
- ensuring compliance with applicable laws
- verifying the accuracy of submitted information
7. Third-Party Providers

8. Website Hosting & Maintenance

Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension or removal of services.
Unless otherwise stated:
- website design fees do not transfer ownership of proprietary systems or hosted infrastructure
- clients retain ownership of their domain names and original business content

- advertising performance issues
- third-party service failures
